Chocolate Mugcake


¼ cup almond flour

1 egg

1 egg white

½ scoop chocolate whey protein

50 ml chocolate almond milk

1 tsp. flaxseed

1 tsp. stevia

1 tsp. vanilla


1.    Place all ingredients on a blender.  Blend for about 2 minutes until dough is smooth.

2.    Spray PAM or oil into a mug cup

3.    Pour the dough into the mug cup and microwave for 2 min.

4.    When ready set aside and prepare the frosting.

Chocolate Frosting:



2 tbsp. Greek yogurt

2 tbsp. chocolate whey protein

1 tsp. cocoa power

Mix yogurt with the whey protein and spread it on top of the Mugcake. Drizzle chocolate flakes and enjoy while it is
